As a customer, when you check out and submit payment you agree to the final sale of any product with no returns or exchanges.
Shipping policy
As a customer, when you check out and submit payment you agree that your shipping and billing address is correct as entered. Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your shipment to be sent to you. All orders will receive an email with a tracked shipping number once a shipping label has been made, if you have not received a tracking number for your shipment, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our store email admin@chotheuniverse.com and we will email you the tracking number that matches your order.
Damaged Product Policy for HAND CRAFTED products only
If your hand crafted product has been damaged in process of shipment, you will have up to 24 hours within delivery of shipment to contact us for a repair. Repairs are only accepted within this time frame and we require a picture of the damaged package/product before accepting. Customer is required to ship back what they can of a damaged product so the repair can be made as alike as possible. Customer will ship back to our return address on our package. If you lost the address please email us at admin@chotheuniverse.com for the fastest correspondence. Some products have natural materials that can not be completely and exactly duplicated, but I will try the best to make a product like new and as advertised. This policy is not applicable to any products that are not hand crafted by me at this time.
